Happy Graduation NIGHT!!!
WOOHOO
I was nearly late for the Prom Night.
I reached the bus stop near my house at 5.45pm. But the 190 bus had just left! Sadly, the next bus came at 6.00pm. I was so anxious to get there on time!
Thankfully, the bus flew like a rocket through the PIE and I managed to get there on time. 6.25pm!
And I started taking a lot of photos with everyone I could see. Yay!
The food was better than expected. I heard others saying that the food at their prom was bad. But it was really good for me!
There were 3 tables. 1 table for appetizers, another for amin course and the last one for desserts. Awesome! The service was decent too!
Then there was a couple of games. Not lame at all. I enjoyed them, all of them! The emcee did a fantastic job. He must be very happy to entertain an enthusiastic audience as well!
Finally, there was a dance session when they dimmed the lights and blasted music. I just had a whale of a time dancing!
Lastly, I went home. Hahas.
Yihao took HD videos of some of the games. Must watch them! Then, he borrowed my memory card for the rest of his photos after that. LOL. so the photos will be up in the next few days. stay tuned!

I went to donate blood yesterday and it was indeed a very delightful experience!

Thank GOD that they use anesthetic in the process. Otherwise, the big needle will really hurt!
The injection causes a bump to appear on the skin and that is where the big needle goes into. Lol I thought that the injection was to create the hole for it, but the needle is like a proboscis. hoho
Then they gave lots of freebies like this.

hahas free pills. posting this reminds me to take one now.
Prom night is coming. is it? YEAH!!!

Well it is the end of O Levels and everyone is partying!
Lot One Shoppers' Mall was never so crowded like today, especially at the cinemas!
Went to catch a movie with a couple of friends who I happened to hook up with just after the last paper. Woot!
And they had a movie in mind which is...

Well I actually saw this poster at Bugis a couple of months back. And I thought it would be cool to watch it. And there I am, in a 150 minutes movie. I have to tell myself that it is a science fiction movie and it's not real; otherwise I wouldnt be able to enjoy all the cool computer graphics and hot action.
Lol there's some really epic action that took me on a ride. A pilot who learnt flying for 2 days only could fly like a pro through falling buildings. Marvellous!!! Some twists and stuff here and there. But it gets quite creepy at some instances. The message I got from this movie is to treasure people as much as possible; and it sucks to have selfish people around. Ironically, because the selfish rich guy didnt want to save the protangonist and his family, they got through a much better way to escape. But still, their actions caused massive disruptions =_=. An extended irony? LOL
Nevertheless, it's awesome to look at the great artwork and graphics of things flying around and waves crashing down, crushing everything in its path. Lots of family and love scenerios etc. But lots of action going on after that. Check it out if you have time. I wish theres a video game about this movie that I can play and I want to be the pilot to fly everyone to safety.
I cleared my table today and threw all of my worksheets into a big bolster bag. It's a empty plastic bag that comes with the bolster. So after loading it to the brim (just nice), I towed the bag all the way to the kicten and opened the steel rubbish chute. I tried forcing the whole long sausage down the chute but it got stuck halfway. Oh man I tried pushing it with all my strength but it just wont go down!
So I decided to withdraw it and bring it downstairs, but it was just plainly stuck! Well I have no choice; the plastic is tearing. So I grabbed the kitchen scissors and snipped off some of the plastic and pulled the remaining bit with all my strength! And I fell backwards and looked at the chute. There's paper all over me, but the rest of it was gone.
Then suddenly I heard the flapping of wings and the thundering of hooves and it lasted for like... 1 minute? I continued dumping the rest of the paper into the chute to keep the sound coming! Man, this major dumping of papers must have killed a whole family of cockroaches and destroyed their homes! Good cleaning of the rubbish chute... hehe. Finally, I threw the last bit of paper left into the chute and shut it.
DONE!

Tomorrow CHemistry MCQs!
Here are some really awesome Chemistry questions.
I bet you cant get 6/6 of them right (because at first, I cant too!). HAHAHAHS! Check them out!
1. When crystals of copper(II) sulphate are heated, the color changes from blue to white. This is caused by:
A. loss of water only
B. loss of water and sulphur trioxide
C. loss of water, sulphur dioxide and oxygen
D. reaction with carbon dioxide in the air
E. reaction with water vapour in the air
If you get this wrong, you are probably the first of all my friends whom I have asked, to get this wrong!
2. Which of the following reactions involving substance X does NOT indicate that X is an acid
a) X + KOH –> heat evolved
b) X + CuO –> salt and water
c) X + Fe –> H2 evolved
d) X + NH4Cl –> NH3 evolved
Well this should be easy too.
3.
The reaction between a carboxylic acid, CxHyCO2H, and an alcohol, CnH2n+1OH, produces an ester.
How many hydrogen atoms does one molecule of the ester contain?
A. y + 2n
B. y + 2n + 1
C. y + 2n + 2
D. y + 2n + 3
This is a nice question to test your resilience. How strong are you against odd questions?
These 3 are warmup kind of questions only. Now try these. They are as hard as rock.
4. If 2g of hydrogen gas contains x molecules, how many molecules would 2g of nitrogen gas contain?
A) x
B) 7x
C) x/14
D) x/28
Another odd question. Sounds like a riddle to me at first.
5.In which of the following cases would there be NO observable changes when gas X is reacted with aqueous solution Y?
Gas X Solution Y
a) CO2 Calcium hydroxide
b) Ammonia Hydrogen Chloride
c) Sulphur Dioxide Acidified potassium dichromate (VI)
d) Chlorine Iron(II) Sulphate
You better know what the gases act as! If you get this wrong, don't worry. A lot of people picked D like you because it appears strange to them.
Now the ultimate question which everyone gets wrong. (even I)
6. Which one of the following hydroxides does not give a good yield of a salt with dilute sulphuric acid?
A. Iron(II) hydroxide
B. Magnesium hydroxide
C. Zinc hydroxide
D. Calcium hydroxide
E. Copper(II) hydroxide
It looks like some rubbish metals reactivity question. OOOOOhhh so many metals! HAHAHA!!! You just got rick'rolled by the question. Check out your solubility table for this. (if you havent memorized it!)
Answers:
1. A water gives it the colour only.
2. D acids do not react with ammonium salts
3. B draw a diagram of how both substances bond
4. C do some mole calculations
5. B chlorine is an oxidizing agent. B produces colourless products
6. D calcium sulphate is insoluble. so it prevents further reaction of caoh.

I love stars! Today it is Amaths paper 2. Binomial, circles and kinematics will 100% come out.
Now I know why the graph question in Amaths paper 1... why I got so different answers from others. I only realised that after waking up this morning. LOL perhaps I was dreaming about it. Noooooo. my graph too noob. never practise enough hahas. Even the emaths graph also cannot make it.
But let's take a look now at geometrical proofs. This one... the difficulty of the questions can be super big.
Consider a star.

uhh. looks as easy as it is. How about trying to prove it then? PROVE IT!!! You dont prove it, you dont get any marks.
writing stuff like
"they equal to 180 because they equal to 180 (proven)" will not even get u 1 mark.
I am just afraid that the question in the paper would be so hard that I won't be able to 'see' the solution. It takes special eyes and concentration to be able to see the connection between the lines and hence prove a statement. 0.0!
But the harder the paper, the happier I should be; because most of Singaporeans would be going like "*#@$&(!@^%(^!@#(%!#$?!~" at the question and hopefully they skip the question and I would then have 4 to 5 marks more than them. hehehe
Check this out.

Hence.

I want a big chocolate cake today!

TOMORROW is a big day!
Firstly, I will be taking on the appetizer - English. It will be very tasty indeed, to keep me hungry for more!
Hmmmmm.. KIMCHII!!!!

yuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy!!
The second course is elementary mathematics. It will be something like this!

A PIECE OF CAKE!! HAHAHAHAHA
The third course will be additional mathematics. It SHOULD be something like this

CRISPY WASABI PRAWNS!!!!! (or without wasabi)
DELICIOUS!
And the other courses will come after I have finished these. I must enjoy the foood; i must enjoy the paper. WOOOOOOOT!
AFter O level i must ask my mum to take me to a Korean restaurant to eat. HAHAHHAH!

Two ultimate questions from Chung Cheng High Prelim 2 AMaths paper. It is of a very high standard indeed.

Can you do it?
Next Monday it is the start of O Level! Let's march proudly to school. This is going to be fun!

I went to Lotone to study yesterday. I studied 3 things. 1. The food at McDonalds. 2. Dunman Prelim English comprehension. 3. Some PSLE mathematics book.
And I found some really gay questions once again.
I realise that it is a common trend for PSLE questions to be in such a way that you have to unpack the information given first, before you can see a clearer picture that will lead to a simple solution. It is like many pieces in a bag of jigsaw puzzles and you have to open the bag first. Otherwise, it will be very difficult to solve.
Here is one of them.

Can you solve it? LOL answer is 11 units.
I am quite intrigued by these questions.
While I was at McDonald's studying yesterday, I know I saw a korean girl but I did not know that she is from bpghs. And outside Lotone, there are even more bpghs girls selling tickets for some walkathon and flowers and recycling bags etc. I do not understand how 25 bucks is going to either benefit the less fortunate or benefit me. Do you pay 25 bucks to walk a walkathon?
There is some carnival going on every night outside Lotone. There are some rides there like the Pirate Ship. I thought of trying that ride at first, but when I went there to take a look at it, my heart sank. It is so tiny that I doubt I could even fit in it. Kid rides. The amusement park fails to amuse me. BUT there is one nice ride for kids. You enter into a air bubble and you can play around in a pool of water. The kids in it look so cute. They are like hamsters running on the wheel and they will occasionally fall down. But the overall density of the whole bubble is less than the density of water so they will still stay afloat! However, the price of the ride sucks. $6 for 1 in it is rubbish. If there is a shooting gallery somewhere in there, I would play it everyday. hehe. Sadly there isnt any.
Someday I will visit Venice. After studying so much about it, I think it is proper to visit the state, before it's too late! I hope it is still around when I have the opportunity to go there.
And I must go to Korea too. I have to check out the amusement parks there and the food too. I like snow. I want to eat freshly fallen snow from the sky. And dive into a pile of snow. woohoo

A new problem that Lovell introduced to me. He claims that one of the question in the latest PSLE mathematics paper.
We were at McDonald's studying!

I love McSpicy. But too bad it is really spicy for me. I dont know what kind of spice they use. Unbearable spiciness. I had to take a break before I continue eating it. So this is what I did with the box!
This looks simple doesn't it?
I thought, at first, that it is impossible to find that angle without even a single angle or length given in the diagram.
I then remembered that trigonometrical values are ratios. Hence, that gave me a clue to go about solving this problem.
Try it before looking at my solution.
I used sine rule to do it... lol. AT PSLE level I am pretty sure that I have no idea what sin cos tan are. And hence I do not think I would even be able to know how to solve the question if I were to take this year's PSLE examination. The questions are indeed getting harder! More thinking, less working out on long hassle equations.
Since the middle line is the line of symmetry, we know that we can find an angle using simple trigonometry.

I see a rising sun. We have only just begun.
